Test Lead with Banking Domain Experience Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Test Lead with Banking Experience (Banking Domain Experience is 100% Must) Experience \xe2\x80\x93 7+ Years Domain : Core Banking Testing projects implemented for PSU Banks will be added advantage Lead a test function supporting multiple, concurrent projects /Stakeholders with experience as a Test Lead on complex, Quality Assurance projects related to Core Banking Functionalities
- Orchestrate the testing need of multiple departments within the client environment in line with the testing timelines and ensure effective reporting and tracking
- Success in shaping a variety of projects or programs of work, defining test strategies, and meeting planned milestones for test deliverables.
- Good at interpersonal verbal, oral, and written communication.
- Proven experience in Project management; able to juggle demands of multiple parties, resolve conflicts, and influence outcomes
- Highly proficient in testing core banking functionalities and knowledge of test processes and methodologies
- Experience of implementing tests and recording results, preferably if any tools (Significant experience and strong delivery record in test execution in Integration and UAT test phases
- Should define strategic direction for testing by providing guidance, feedback, and suggestions to improve quality practices
- Support coordinating, planning, executing and documenting test and integration activities to help ensure meet requirements.
- Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create re-useable test assets
- Participate in multiple meetings with IT owners, business owners and product or team members.
