Managing entire Welfare Management & Medi Claim for Workmen of Hm2G & General Canteen for all Employees of HM2G to ensure harmonious Employee Relations in plant.
Key Responsibilities
Manage MediClaim for Workmen of HM2G to ensure process are streamlined and no issues arise
Manage General Canteen for HM2G to ensure smooth functioning for timely service with best quality and hygiene standards
Plan and organise welfare activities for HM2G focussing on workmen to ensure that workmen are motivated and energised
Gather, organise and analyse data related to welfare canteen Mediclaim.
