General Duties & Responsibilities Managing Statutory Compliance & liasioning with Govt. Authorities as per the business requirements To support branches to meet with requirements of Govt. Authority's inspections as per customer's requirement To help branches for Audits - Internal and at customer's premises On time Acquisition of Required Contract / Co-Terminus technicians and managing overall administration of contract labour To guide and help business to maintain discipline and handling IR issues at branch level Should be well versed with labour compliances and dealing with different State Unions Provide support to branches in court matters, conciliation proceedings, enquiries etc. under various labour laws Resolve employee relations issues in line with the given policies and guidelines Maintain accurate records of all employee relations issues (e.g. complaints, concerns, conflicts, grievances, disciplinary actions, memos and so on) Any other Ad hoc projects as and when required Key Deliverables: Establish On time resolution of cases On time recruitment of contract labours Adhering to Statutory Compliances On time submission of reports and responding to MIS related requests Core Competencies, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to multi-task and being able to prioritize work Ability to delivery to deadline. Excellent negotiation skills Problem solving Requirements Educational / Other Requirements MBA / MSW (Specialization in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management) or MLS or LL.B (Well conversant with Labour Laws) or any other equivalent degree or Master's degree in Labour laws 3 to 5 years' experience in Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management Incumbent should be ready for extensive travelling as and when required Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems especially with Excel, Word and PowerPoint (or its equivalent) Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi Benefits Are you interested Here's what you can expect when you join us...
