Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manual & Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in software testing methodologies and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, preferably within the healthcare domain, and will be proficient in Python and Selenium for automation. Strong communication skills and the ability to identify and design effective test scenarios and test cases are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a must.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all testing types: functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure quality.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives).
• Document and report defects clearly and track them to closure.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations (if applicable).

Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
• Expertise in manual testing techniques and test case design.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Selenium for automation.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to identify test scenarios and write clear, detailed test cases.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST).
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., ALM, Rally).
