Job Details What you will do This position will focus on new feature/component automation script development, as well as manual testing. This position requires the ability to work under minimal direction in collaboration with a Dev & QA team to perform manual and automation testing that meet defined system requirements. How you will do it Responsibilities will include

• Plans work and implements utilizing standard engineering and technology principles and established company processes and procedures to complete assignments per established project deadlines.
• Provides work estimates; plans and testing work to meet established objectives for project/system quality, reliability and performance.
• Analyzes the impact of changes on existing information products or systems and proposes solutions to minimize project/system risk.
• Analyzes and resolves problems and provides technical assistance as necessary.
• Participates in knowledge/technology transfer initiatives as requested.
• Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed
• Should have can do attitude and initiative to start and complete the assigned activities.

What we look for Required BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA Overall testing experience \xe2\x80\x93 7-10 years Automation experience \xe2\x80\x93 2-3 years

• 7-10 years Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience.
• Plan, design, execute and report software tests.
• Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
• Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
• Experience in analyzing and understanding Business specifications, testing requirements, and Developing detailed Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts, Test Scenarios.
• Experience with agile development, continuous integration, debugging and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must have team handling experience, leadership skills, experience working in dynamic work environment, able to contribute to improvise overall process.
• Must to have 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in automation scripting using Selenium(using Java) including creation of test scripts.
• Design and development skills in object oriented languages like JAVA and Automation API\xe2\x80\x99s exposure, Selenium etc.(JAVA)

• Some knowledge of continuous integration practices.(Jenkins, CI/CD)
• Should have at least 1 year of experience in API testing.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior test engineers.
• Operate independently in a fast paced and demanding work environment where strong organization and multi-tasking skills are required.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
• Should have Knowledge of at least one database management system.
• Innovative and Self learner for mentoring and problem resolutions.
• Good communication skills.
