Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will oversee the automation testing processes, ensuring that the testing strategies align with the project goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance testing frameworks, guiding team members in best practices, and ensuring the quality of deliverables through effective automation solutions. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall improvement of testing methodologies within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in automation testing. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Familiarity with scripting languages to enhance automation capabilities. - Ability to analyze and interpret test results to drive quality improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
