Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements in quality engineering. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and suggest improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Selenium with Java hands on experience mandatory, should be able to do automation analysis for Upgrade Testing and automate Manual tests. ATF+ServiceNow platform experience/knowledge is a plus. Primary scope is smoke testing, upgrade testing, manual testing and automation, and automation fixes of existing suites. The automation framework, test suite, test management processes are in place for existing features.
