Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Test Engineer - Automation Experience: 4 - 7 years Responsibilities o Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications. o Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. o Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across modules including campaign workflows, resource management, and AI features. o Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure test coverage and early defect detection. o Implement BDD practices using tools like Cucumber, SpecFlow, or Behave. o Conduct API testing using Postman, Newman, or similar tools. o Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing and reporting. o Document test results, track bugs, and support UAT processes. Skills & Experience o 3+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation. o Proficiency in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). o Experience with BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave). o Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. o Familiarity with API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git). o Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6). o Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. o Experience testing microservices, multi-cloud environments, and event-driven architectures. o Exposure to LLM-based features and testing AI-driven components. o Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Camunda, n8n). o Understanding of security testing and compliance validation. Summary: As a Test Automation Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will utilize quality processes and automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement automation strategies, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of testing processes, and continuously improving quality engineering functions. You will be responsible for running end-to-end quality engineering functions with a strong emphasis on automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the testing lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the software development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
