: JD: Required Skills o Vision and Strategic Thinking o Ability to define clear quality goals aligned with organizational/client objectives. o Capability to create a roadmap for achieving high-quality deliverables. o Proactive in identifying risks and opportunities for improvement. Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication to convey expectations, feedback, and updates. o Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders. o Encourages open dialogue and ensures clarity in team discussions. Core Programming Skills o Proficiency in C# programming language with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. o Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper design patterns. Automation Frameworks o Expertise in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation. o Hands-on experience with SpecFlow for Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). o Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks. Testing Tools & Techniques o Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. o Experience in: o Functional testing o Regression testing o Integration testing o End-to-end testing o Knowledge of API testing tools such as RestSharp or equivalent. o Knowledge of File processing automation. Database Knowledge o Basic knowledge of database testing and ability to write SQL queries for validation. o Experience with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or similar. Performance & Security Testing (Optional but Preferred) o Exposure to performance testing tools such as NeoLoad. o Basic understanding of security testing concepts. Experience: o 4+ years of experience in test automation o Proven track record of delivering high-quality automation solutions in Agile environments."
