The Position As a Test Analyst (Advanced Business Analyst I) you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to Testing Services. You will prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications. Yow will thoroughly test software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation. You will be involved in product design to ensure adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements. You will also perform stakeholder management as a part of delivering services involving multiple stakeholders. Additionally, you will be organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests. Prepare software defect tracking and report entire project release status to stakeholders. You should be able to provide automation testing consulting for the IT projects. Contribute towards achievement of project goals. Collaborate with stakeholders/partners with diverse interests, knowledge, cultural background, and personality. You will manage multiple concurrent tasks and be flexible. Furthermore, you will participate in audits and inspections related to the project supported. Identify candidates for automation and implement automation test cases using approved automation tool. You are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:

• You will be handling end to end testing activities including planning, scripting, execution, and defect management. Wherein, you will prepare test plans and detailed test scripts supporting test cases derived from an analysis of functional requirements and specifications.
• You will drive the creation, enhancement, debugging, and running the test cases and you will be responsible for thoroughly testing software to ensure intended operation and uncover defects prior to implementation.
• You will identify candidates for automation and implement automation test cases using approved automation tool wherever relevant
• You will closely work with the validation consultants, IT QCs, IT QAs in order to ensure that the IT System is in alignment with the NN QMS Requirements.
• Involvement in product design to ensure adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements will be a key responsibility.
• You will be organizing, monitoring defect management process handling changes and conducting regression tests.

Qualifications

• MCA, M.Sc., B.SC. BE or similar graduate degree in relevant field.
• Preferred to have Industry recognized ITIL and ISO quality management certification.
• Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures.
• Min 8+ years of experience in working in a service level-based organization/ pharmaceutical industry preferably in the Automation Testing domain.
• Knowledge in OOPS Concepts.
• Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM, Jira.
• Experience with both waterfall and Agile methodology.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and external parties.
• Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders.

About the Department CVT Testing Centre of Excellence aims to fulfil testing requirements of our business partners with highly competent inhouse talents with good knowledge on NN QMS, procedures and tools. While the project team focus on the project deliverables, our team will help strategize, plan, design and execute tests, manage defects in a compliant and efficient way.
