Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented
Sales Officer
to oversee and expand our business operations in
Guna and Mandsaur
.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in
Edible Oil sales
, with a demonstrated ability to
develop markets, appoint new distributors
, and achieve consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Identify, appoint, and manage new distributors
to strengthen market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Plan and execute territory sales strategies to increase market share.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure smooth order processing, timely collections, and adherence to company policies.
Implement trade promotions and schemes to enhance brand visibility.
Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and performance updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline (
MBA in Marketing preferred
).
Minimum
2 years of experience in Edible Oil sales
.
Strong understanding of channel sales and distributor management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
