Job Description


Job Role : -

  • Managing a Team of 3 to 4 RMs
  • Must be a good team player
  • Ensuring team sourcing of working capital proposals from Agri SME segment across Fund/ non Fund based products like Cash Credit, Over Draft, TL, Buyers credit, LC, BG etc.
  • Work closely with Channel Partners and Retail Liability teams for client Acquisition.
  • To build relationships with key persons in the target segments & build client trust & confidence.
  • Focus to continually increase the Book size and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
  • Maintain good client service.
  • Well networked with DSA Channel
  • Having good understanding of Financials
  • Energetic and go getter attitude
  • Candidate must have worked/ing at Rajkot Market
  • Preferably B.Com with MBA/ CA
  • Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in the local market preferably with background in Credit, Sales and financials( Balance sheet) Knowledge is required -
  • Strong oral and written Communication
