Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, EPC, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Support bids, and negotiations under the guidance of Regional Head.
Client & Partner Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution.
Support local channel partners and distributors to generate business.
Territory Planning & Execution
Develop and execute territory-level sales plans aligned with regional strategy.
Maintain updated sales pipelines and provide accurate forecasting.
Track competitors' activities and market trends in the territory.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular updates to the Regional Head on sales performance, pipeline, and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, finance, projects) for smooth order execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and documentation standards.

Revenue & Sales Metrics
Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Growth in new client acquisition in the territory.
Order book conversion rates.
Client & Market Metrics
Number of new accounts added per quarter.
Retention and repeat business from territory clients.
Customer satisfaction scores and resolution time for escalations.
Operational Metrics
Timeliness of pipeline reporting and forecasting accuracy.
Active participation in bids, and proposals.
Execution of territory-level marketing/partner activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Environmental preferred).
MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in sales or business development in B2B industrial sectors (infrastructure, water management, fire safety, or allied industries).
Experience in handling EPC/industrial sales is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage local markets and work independently under guidance.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Process-oriented and detail-focused with strong follow-up discipline.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
