Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of 10-15 members, including Branch Managers. The role focuses on driving daily business activities, ensuring consistent customer appointments, monitoring lead conversions, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10-15 members (including Branch Managers).
Drive daily customer meetings and ensure effective lead tracking.
Monitor business performance with a focus on daily progress and weekly milestones.
Ensure achievement of MTD (Month-to-Date) and YTD (Year-to-Date) sales targets.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and customer centricity.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to track performance metrics and deliver results under deadlines.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
Willingness to travel:
75% (Preferred)
