JOB Title : Territory Sales ManagerDescription :- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, representing our company, and selling our products. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, driving sales, and increasing revenue.- As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with your clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their demands.- You will collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth sales process.- You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to changes in the market.Responsibilities :- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory.- Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, and identify and close new opportunities with potential customers.- Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales success.- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market insights.- Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to customers.Requirements :Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry(equipments, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipments, Adhesives, powdercoating equipments, Touchup paints (industrial).- Bachelor\'s/Master\'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years experience in Territory Sales Management, preferably in the distribution industry.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a consultative sales approach.- Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong presentation and public speaking skills to represent the company at conferences and trade shows.Experience : 6 to 10 yearsCTC :6 to 10 LPA (ref:updazz.com)
