Role & Responsibility: Territory Sales Manager Sales and Marketing
  • Taking care of Sales and Marketing and Business Development,
  • Taking care of Field Designing, Creating Demand, Agronomical support.
  • Identifying prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets.
  • Conceptualizing, planning & organizing brand promotion activities by developing new communication mix and new strategies for brand promotion
Business Development
  • Conducting competitor\xe2\x80\x99s analysis & competency mapping for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share.
  • Identifying and developing new streams for revenue growth and maintaining relationship with customers to achieve repeat business.
  • By developing skill of forecasting, identification of targeted customer and markets, product positioning and placement, enhance market reach and cash flow and implementation & designing of various cash/quantity related schemes to meet the targets.
Channel & Distribution Management
  • Recognizing and establishing financially strong and reliable channel partners for deeper market penetration, providing, training and direction for ensuring quality performance
  • Conducting demand forecasting and managing supplies, ensuring optimum supply levels with channel partners to insure timely deliveries to the customers.
  • Interacting and negotiating with customers on a regular basis for business development
Job requirements:
  • 6 - 7 years of work experience in the sales department of Seed Industry.
  • Having basic knowledge of computer tools like MS Word, MS Excel and PPT
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Sales, Marketing functions & best practices.
  • Having English, Hindi and regional language speaking and writing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Preferred Male Candidate
  • Agriculture background required.
