Description We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a specific geographic area, representing our company, and selling our products. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base, driving sales, and increasing revenue. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will work closely with your clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions to meet their demands. You will collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth sales process. You will need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to adapt to changes in the market. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the assigned territory. Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, and identify and close new opportunities with potential customers. Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and sales success. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and market insights. Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and maintain an understanding of industry trends and best practices Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell to customers. Requirements Candidates with a background in handling the sales of Industrial paints, welding industry(equipments, abrasives, safety products), powder coating paints, painting equipments, Adhesives, powdercoating equipments, Touchup paints (industrial). Bachelor\'s/Master\'sDegree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in Territory Sales Management, preferably in the distribution industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with a consultative sales approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to develop effective sales strategies. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment . Strong presentation and public speaking skills to represent the company at conferences and trade shows. CTC: 7 to 10 LPA Locations hiring for : Bengluru, chennai, kolkata, mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda
