To meet sales category mix. Ensure presence in 80% outlets of the target segment.- Cost Management : sales and expense budgeting of the region. Control cost and expenses to improve profitability.- Credit Control : Control credit by timely collection. Minimize revenue leakages through bad debts. Address disputes on time to minimize payment defaults.
