Here are 3 KPIs and 10 KRAs for a Territory Sales Officer for Ratlam & Burhanpur location in a Paint Manufacturing Company:

3 KPIs:

1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve X% of sales target for paint products within the territory.

2. Dealer Network Expansion: Expand dealer network by X% within the territory.

3. Paint Sales Volume Growth: Grow paint sales volume by X% within the territory.

10 KRAs:

1. Territory Mapping: Map the territory, identifying potential dealers, contractors, and end-users.

2. Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring timely payments and stock availability.

3. New Dealer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new dealers within the territory.

4. Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets, including promotional activities and schemes.

5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on paint products, including features, benefits, and applications.

6. Competitor Analysis: Gather market intelligence on competitors, including their strategies and market share.

7. Sales Reporting: Submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, dealer stock, and customer feedback.

8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues.

9. Painting Site Support: Provide support to painting contractors and end-users, including technical guidance and product recommendations.

Experience:

Territory sales in paints: 2 years (Preferred)
