Role

As the Territory Manager- PAM, you will be part of the PAM- India BU and will report to Area Manager- PAM. The purpose of your role will be:

  • To strategize and plan HGP & HGO sales
  • To increase market share by effective penetration
  • To achieve revenue objectives by doing market research & analysis and suggesting appropriate measures
A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • To achieve Dispatch / Retail target for HGP & HGO by implementing business sales strategies (Sales Planning & Forecasting ) in assigned territory.
  • To strategize ways to increase penetration in the market by expanding the retailer network and building a sustainable relationship for steady growth. (MART/MCRT)
  • To strengthen and expand the footprint by new distributor appointments within the approved geographies. (New HGPD Appointment)
  • To implement schemes effectively, driving Top PGs & ABS parts in the AFM using market research and product knowledge (Competition Pricing, Packing, Market share)
  • Ensure Smooth warehouse operation by Correct Inventory Management, sufficient trained manpower, HGPD Service ratio from SS, 24hrs delivery beat plan, Channel profitability
  • Focus on increasing per counter market share by implementing key parameters such as Unique Range Sold , SKU per Retailer , PG per Retailer & HGP on Wheels
  • To ensure last mile connectivity and to create Pull in the market by engaging End User (Asli Hero Technician)- AH Activation & Registration, AH consumption Vs HGPD business( AH Scan Value Monthly/ HGPD Monthly Business )

As the TM- PAM, you will be in charge to achieve dispatch and retail target by implementing business sales strategies.

You will have to explore , strategize and execute ways to increase penetration in the market by expanding the retailer in order to build a a sustainable relationship for steady growth.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering / Technology (Mechanical/Automobile)

3-5 Years\' Experience in Handling (After Market & After Sales)

Technical Skills/Knowledge
  • Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
