  • Be available to answer customer service calls 9am-5pm to help customers with common problems
  • Monitor transaction portal and review transactions from first time customers and guests
  • Monitor, enter, and update gift orders
  • Provide recommendations to product team on how website and services can be improved based on feedback from customers
  • Meet service level targets for responsiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Delight customers and ensure that they keep transacting on Oxigen
Qualifications 1. 1-2 years of experience providing customer service for an online business 2. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred 3. Superior interpersonal, social, and English communication skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year Benefits:
