The role requires managing existing clients and acquiring new clients through continuous networking and knowledge creation in the territory. Additionally, the role requires the ability to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships inside and outside the organization, and be accountable for the sales targets in the given region or territory. While the role is primarily based in Ratlam, some remote work options are available. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Knowledge of agriculture and market growth in the specified territory Understanding of agricultural products and services or similar industry experience Relentless drive to succeed and exceed targets Proven experience in sales and developing long-term business relationships Ability to work independently and remotely Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze sales reports Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field of study
