Job Title: TERETTORY BUSINESS EXECUTIVE/SALES TEAM LEADER (STL)



Responsibility:



Planning and achievement of DSE-wise (Sales Executive) Coverage, volume & fundamentals in the assigned area objectives in the assigned area Planning and execution of the promotions & new product launches in the assigned area Planning and achievement of Local Initiatives / priorities Analysis and planning of business DSE-wise/ customer-wise / Product category/ SKU-wise for the assigned area. Skill upgradation of Sales Executives Ongoing Performance review of his/her team of Sales executives
Ensure proper collection for assigned area

Education:

Post Graduates or Graduates in any discipline, Working

Knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Experience

: About 4 - 5 years of sales work experience in FMCG along with team handling

Language:

English & Fluency in local language

Key Criteria

: High Initiative & Follow through skills, Persuasive Communication skills, Strong

Leadership skills and exceptional maturity levels; lower middle class (needy) background,

eligible power of influence, non-unionized environment,

Age not more than 35 years.

Vadodara,Anand - Gujarat

Candidate must have bike and valid

Driving License



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
