Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Tendering Executive (Pharma) for one of our clients. As a Tendering Executive, you will be responsible for managing tender processes and submitting proposals in the pharmaceutical industry. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with a preferred candidate having 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in tendering, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Sound knowledge of tendering processes and procedures in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent understanding of the legal and regulatory framework governing tendering activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess tender documents and identify risks and opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet tender submission deadlines.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing tender documents.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the tendering process for pharmaceutical projects, including understanding project requirements, preparing necessary documents, and meeting submission deadlines.
• Analyze tender documents and perform a thorough review to identify risks, opportunities, and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accurate and timely submission of tender proposals.
• Engage in negotiations with clients to optimize tender terms and conditions.
• Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and related correspondence for reference and future use.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to tendering processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies and cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards throughout the tendering process.

EXPERIENCE WITH GEM TOOL IS MANDATORY
