TENDER EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Searching / Identification of Tenders for Domestic & Global Projects.
2) Checking the eligibility criteria of the proposed tenders in respect of Technical & Financial basis whether fulfilling the requirements as per the Client.
3) Preparing of RFP's & RFQ's for Management Approvals and maintaining of tender records whether it is approved / not approved.
4) Preparation of Technical Documentation for Domestic & Global Tenders.
5) Preparation of documentation for Contractor Registrations in various departments in various states for participating of tenders.
6) Collection of Machinery availability status with Mechanical & Purchase Department (Collection of invoice, road permits, if required as per time to time).
7) Coordinating with HR Department to getting the Manpower details for Preparing of Technical documentation.
8) Collecting of RA Bills for all ongoing projects in each vertical with their respective heads.
9) Coordinating with Accounts & Finance Departments for collecting the Bank Guarantees towards Bid Security / EMD's and etc.
10) Preparation of Tender Documents Packaging during the Tender (physical) submissions.
11) e-tendering submissions.
12) Adept in managing technological aspects of Mining & Industrial projects from concept to completion.
13) Proficient in drafting proposals and preparing detailed bids for multiple mining and Construction projects
14) Sound knowledge of bids and proposals pertaining to Mining and construction industries
