No. of Position: 2 Gender: Males/Female Education: Graduate (Electronics / Science / Commerce / Business) Experience: Fresher / 1-2 years Skill Set: working with MS-Office (mid to high level), emailing skill, excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Telugu Pay-scale: Fresher (12-15 K/month), 1-2 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience (20-22 K/month) depending on skillsets. Others: The candidate must be staying in nearby areas to our factory. We have transport facility from L B Nagar to our factory and vehicle runs on that particular route only. Candidate can use this facility on a condition that the pre-defined route of the vehicle will not be changed at all. Main rolls and responsibilities. \xc2\xb7 Tender/Bidding: continuously checking the related portals for new requirements Receiving enquiries from customer by fax/email/phone and checking online tenders. Sending enquiries to principals / vendors for pricing and follow-up. Sending quotation to customer and handling related correspondence. Preparing bank guarantee for Security deposit / Performance guarantee. Releasing purchase order To ensure that the order is executed within the stipulated delivery period Handling correspondence Preparing Delivery Challan and Invoices Follow-up with customers for payments Receiving and checking the material item-wise from vendors and supplying to the customer Return of damage material. Co ordinating with Finance for payments Co ordinating with all departments New responsibilities will be added as and when required. Records to be maintained List of Budgetary quote List of Vendors Records of quotations to the customer, related correspondence.
