Hello Friends,We are having an opening for Tender Executive for Ahmedabad LocationQualification: - Preferably BE/Graduate in Electronics or Electrical/Diploma Engineering/Bio Medical Engineer or other graduationExp: - 2-3 Yr: -
- Finding suitable bids on GEM & CPP Portal.
- Participating in Bids like Bunch bid, Reverse Auction, Custom bid & BoQ Bid.
- Convert inquires into an order.
- Work on vendor assessment and seller profile related requirements in GEM portal.
- Preparing comparative statements, meeting deadlines for the tenders.
- Prepare documents for e-Tendering on CPP & GEM portal
- Studying tender documents, qualification criteria & the scope of work.
- Floating RFQ to various vendors/contractors, collecting quotations.
- Preparing MIS Weekly/Monthly Reports.
- Prepare Technical & Financial bids in assistance with seniors.
- Regular Follow-up with prospective buyers for a Purchase Order.
