Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive located in Bengaluru. The Tender Executive will be responsible for the timely submission of tenders, contracts, and proposals while adhering to strict deadlines. They will need to liaise with various departments, coordinate tender preparation, closely monitor deadlines, and ensure all requisite documents are complete. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments and team members. Experience managing the complete tendering process, including preparation, documentation, submission, and review. Well-versed in tender documentation processes, including RFQ/RFP/EOI/RFI, and contracts. Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders while paying close attention to strict timelines. Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple tenders simultaneously. Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, English, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in tendering, preferably in IT or construction. Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
