Job Title: Tender Executive Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat, India : As a Tender Executive in our construction company based in Gujarat, India, you will play a crucial role in managing the tendering process for Govt/Private projects. Your primary Role will be to effectively identify, evaluate, & respond to Govt/Private tenders in a timely & accurate manner. Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and identify relevant Govt/Private tenders in the construction sector. 2. Analyse tender documents & work on pre-qualification criteria. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and organize tender responses, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. 4. Manage the tender Upload/submission process, tender documentation, & necessary approvals. 5. Work closely with senior management on all In-progress/Awarded Tenders on timely manner. 6. Maintain accurate and organized records of all tender-related documentation. 7. Monitor tender outcomes and analyze the same for future & share the findings via Report. 8. Analyze success rates, feedback, and trends to improve future tender responses. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in civil engineering, 2 plus years of Proven experience in handling Govt/Private tenders within the construction industry in Gujarat. Strong understanding of the tendering process, including documentation, compliance, and bidding strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for tender documentation and analysis. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously. Good negotiation, interpersonal skills, Self-driven & Flexible in work hours. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Schedule:
