Job Description

We are hiring Tender executive with GEM portal, IREPS and other PSUs tendering experience Aspiring candidates should be capable of handling the following functions:

• Tender Search & Bid Preparation-Technical & Price Bid
• E-tendering/ E-Bidding/Reverse Auctions/Live Auctions
• Prepare all tender documents in the specific formats related to the bid
• Submit the documents in stipulated time limits as mentioned in NIT of tenders.
• Coordinate with the respective dept. for document procurement in process of tenders.
• Reporting bidding status online/offline on daily basis
• Preparing Datasheet & maintaining records on regular basis
• Follow up with Vendors/OEM\'s/departments/clients
• MIS Report preparation/ competitive bidders comparison sheet
• Collection of EMD /coordinate with accounts department for EMD/TENDER FEE. PROCUREMENT of EMD/post tendering works.
• Vendor Registration
• Attending pre bid/post bid meetings with customers (if required)
• Maintaining Customer Relationship with existing/new clients.
• Back end support to Sales department / Sales Support
• Tracking status of Tenders & offers.

Tender Executive\'s Requirements:

• High school diploma or a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
• 5 or more years\xe2\x80\x99 tendering experience.
• Well versed with document controlling
• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication IN ENGLISH.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
