Make Outbound calls to participants as per daily calling targets.
Conduct surveys following the provided script and questionnaire guidelines.
Accurately capture responses in the system or survey tool.
Meet productivity, quality, and response accuracy targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills (Bengali)
Active listening and clear articulation
Ability to follow scripts and survey guidelines consistently.
Patience, politeness, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
Minimum: 12th Pass.
Prior experience in survey calling, customer service, telecalling.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
