Job Description

Making Outbound Calls



Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

2. Receiving Inbound Calls



Handle incoming inquiries or service-related queries. Provide accurate information to customers.

3. Lead Generation & Conversion



Identify potential customers and generate leads. Persuade prospects to purchase or schedule appointments/demos.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Build and maintain customer relationships. Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.

5. Meeting Targets



Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Work towards sales or appointment-setting goals.

6. Handling Objections



Respond to customer objections confidently and clearly. Clarify doubts and address concerns effectively.

7. Feedback & Reporting



Collect feedback from customers and report to the supervisor. Submit daily call reports and performance updates.

8. Follow-up Activities



Follow up on previous interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Schedule callbacks when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
