Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote academy courses. Handle inbound enquiries and provide complete information about courses, fees, duration, and admission process. Maintain a proper track of leads in CRM or Excel. Follow up regularly with interested candidates to maximize admissions. Schedule counseling sessions and coordinate with the academic team. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while speaking with students/parents. Provide feedback to management regarding student needs or market trends.

Required Skills:



Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English; local language preferred). Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel). Ability to handle pressure and meet targets. Polite, confident, and patient nature.

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum 12th pass or Graduation preferred. 0-3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or education counseling. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
