Key Responsibilities



Make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce and explain financial products to prospective and existing customers. Advise customers about mortgage loans, insurance, and home loan services; respond to queries and clearly communicate benefits. Enter and update customer details accurately within the CRM system. Follow prepared call scripts and ensure all communications are clear and professional. Meet assigned daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions. Explain documentation requirements and eligibility criteria to customers. Follow compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries and deliver prompt service.

Required Experience & Education



Education:

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Experience:

Open to both freshers and experienced candidates

Essential Skills



Good verbal communication in English & Hindi (mandatory) Confidence, politeness, and a willingness to learn Ability to follow scripts and instructions effectively Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks Professional work ethic and positive attitude Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting Team-worker with the ability to work independently as needed

Preferred/Desirable Skills



Experience in telecalling or customer service roles Understanding of finance products (loans, insurance) is a plus Strong customer engagement and objection-handling abilities
