The Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about products or services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support sales or service activities while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and attend inbound calls to customers as per the assigned database.
Explain company products/services clearly and effectively to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales or service team.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, payments, or service reminders.
Maintain accurate call records, customer details, and follow-up status in the system.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role preferred (freshers may apply).
Good communication skills in English and local language(s).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems).
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
Customer-oriented attitude and positive approach.
