• Good at Sequential and Methodical following Workflow and asking when in doubt.
• Some Knowledge of Windows Active Directory (not mandatory we can provide training and explain)
• Analytical Sense of how hosted solution works

Skillset Required

• Proficiency in Computer and MS Excel (database kind of data managing for projects)
• Confident in Voice and Chat Communication English (Overseas Partners Webex)
• Ability to follow client instructions diligently.

• 9 hrs a day,5 days a week
