Tele-Sales Specialist - Outbound/Inside SalesJob Summary: We at Robu.In have a dedicated B2B-Sales Team who engages with Customers/Clients for all Sales related activities. Each Sales Executive is assigned with a certain set of customers through which they take efforts for completion of their Sales targets. But in all of this, after placing orders, initially some of our customers go stagnant and they loose engagement with us. So in this way we have classified our customers into Performing Accounts (PA) and Non-Performing Accounts (NPA).We are looking for smart candidates having good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and who are able to handle stress/work pressure well. The candidate should possess good listening skills, and ability to think quickly, make a recommendation or provide solutions to the clients' problem. A clear & pleasant speaking voice with fluency in English is required. Please note this is an entry-level position and is suitable for Freshers or Candidates with at-least 0-to-1 years of experience in Customer Care profile/Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales or Inside-Sale's for Electronic Products & Components.Number Of Positions: 04 only.Experience: Freshers, 0.6 months-to-1 Years', relevant experience in Out-bound Sales, Sales Support, Tele-Sales or Inside-Sale's for Electronic Products & Components, CRM or Customer Support/Customer Care experienced.Salary Range: ?1,92,286/- to ?2,53,355/- Fixed CTC per year + (Additional) Variable Incentives Up-to Rs.72,000/- per year based on performance/sales (NPA) conversions. (?12,000 to ?16,000 In-hand Per Month + ?1,000 to ?6,000 Variable Incentives based on sales conversion) + P.F + ESIC + Gratuity & Health Insurance Benefit provided by company.Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.E in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications (E&TC), Mechatronics, OR any Graduate's/12th passed with relevant experience into Tele-Sales/Out-bound Sales or Customer Care.Required Key Skills:

  • Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Microsoft Excel & Basic knowledge of Computer operations.
  • Good verbal & written English communication is must.

  • Daily calling the Customers/Clients from the Non-Performing Accounts (NPA's) and understanding the reasons behind low or no business.
  • Resolving issues related to Services/Prices of the products required by customers/clients by coordinating with the Sales Executive's.
  • Researching the web for the Competitor's products for a comparative study to assist Customers better.
  • Properly understanding the electronic technicalities and functions.
  • Mailing of the shipping details and invoices to the customers.
