Languages - Fluent in English & Hindi Role - Tele callers Executive Experience - At least 1 Year Job Type- Full Time Location - Noida, Uttar Pradesh Job Role: Tele calling inbound and outbound Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers. Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up Keeping track of calls, sales, and other helpful information Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications Resolving queries and issues related to the services. Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis Suggesting solutions based on customer\'s needs and requirements. Managing customers and fulfillment of client\'s requirements Do daily basis updating and keep track of all activities as per the manager\'s guidance. Communicating with target audiences and working customer relationships Be a great Leader & Team player when your presence is required. Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries Excellent communication & Negotiation skills Critical thinking & Decision-making skills in the required field of work Requirements Need to have excellent communication and influencing skills. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
