Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training. The goal of the Telesales Specialist is to generate leads and close sales through phone calls, email campaigns and messaging services. Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience in sales, customer support, and training Ability to persuade customers and close sales over the phone Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
