Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within designated territories, introducing them to Abode Bazaar\'s real estate offerings and services. Provide information about available properties, pricing, and special promotions to generate interest and leads. Qualify leads through effective communication and understanding of clients\' real estate needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively articulate Abode Bazaar\'s unique value proposition. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a related field, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer applications. A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
