Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 06 Months of experience in telesales or a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented mindset
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote Oceanmtech\'s products and services
- Explaining the benefits and features of the products and services to potential customers
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
