Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate interest and qualify leads.
• Sales Presentation:

• Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to potential clients.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of our products/services and address their queries effectively.
• Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Sales Targets:

• Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
• Consistently update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: 15,000 INR per month
• Incentives: Lucrative incentives based on individual and team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 20,000.00 per month
