  • Minimum 06 month sales experience is must.
  • Telesales experience will be preferred.
  • Average English speaking efficiency.
  • Proficiency in local language (Marathi & Kannda).
  • Only Interview will be face 2 face, Need to work from office only.
  • Prior experience in Insurance domain is not mandate.
  • Male Candidates might have to travel to the field to materialize the leads.
  • Travel Allowance will be paid.
  • Corona Vaccinated profiles will be preferred.
  • Joining Period will be not more than 10 Days.
  • Female candidates will be strictly in office. No Field Moment.

Position Title: Associate Sales Consultants

Languages required - English/ Telugu

Reports to: Team Leader

Function: Sales

Location: Hyderabad / Kolkata / Pune / Chennai & Bangalore

Applicant Eligibility: Under Graduate /Graduates/Post-Graduates/MBA (Preferred) with 0-3 year of experience in relevant field can apply for a better salary & Future.

  • Selling of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.
  • Interested leads will be provided by the company.
  • No cold calling or random calling.
  • Leads will be from interested customers.
  • Day shift (10am to 7:00pm) - Fixed timings.
  • Its a 6 days working company. The candidates will be given 1 weekly off as per the roster which means there will be no fixed off.
  • Fixed salary + High incentives.
  • Other monetary incentives to the employees (confidential)
Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:
  • Should have very good convincing and selling skills.
  • Should have good Regional communication skills.
  • Graduate/P.G./MBA will be preferred.
  • Should be very confident and presentable.
  • Fresher also welcome
  • Energy levels should be high
Qualification and Experience: UG/MBA/PG/Graduate Compensation & Benefits: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000(CTC) per Month + Incentives; will be decided based on qualification, experience and interview. ESIC, PF & Gratuity, as per applicable law. Group Insurance, Cover.
