Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Clearly explain Sweven's products, pricing, and benefits.
Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
Maintain daily calling logs and update CRM or lead sheets.
Customer Support
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products.
Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams for order updates.
Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Share product catalogs, quotations, and technical details as needed.
Reporting & Coordination
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales achievements.
Assist sales managers and field teams with appointment setting.
Collect market feedback and share insights to improve product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, Gujarati, and English
(preferred).
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking with customers.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided).
Minimum Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
