Responsibilities



Sales & Prospecting

: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.

Product Knowledge

: Provide detailed product information, answer customer questions, and explain features and benefits.

Customer Qualification

: Identify and qualify leads by asking effective questions to understand customer needs and determine their readiness to buy.

Objection Handling

: Address customer concerns and objections to overcome barriers to a sale.

Sales Closure

: Persuade customers to make a purchase and close sales deals.

CRM Management

: Maintain accurate customer records, track call activities, and update customer information in the CRM system.

Target Achievement

: Meet and exceed sales quotas and contribute to overall team sales goals.

Lead Management

: Follow up on leads, referrals, and potential opportunities to drive sales growth.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
