TeleSales Roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for converting leads, regular follow-ups to prospect leads for sales.
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Handling enquiries and sharing the service details
- Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target
- Maintain effective communication till the time Vehicle is picked
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel and google sheet
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- 12th / Graduate
- Good communication Skills
- Good Negotiation skills
- Eager to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English
- Must know More than One regional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telugu)
- Flexible schedule
