What will you own?
Engage with potential students to explain course benefits and assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
Experience to bring with you:

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (both in English and Hindi).
• Good knowledge of sales business.
• Ability to understand learner\xe2\x80\x99s requirements to successfully convert them into admissions.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

What will you be doing?

• Manage the entire learner cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation and Support.
• Daily outbound calls & follow up calls with prospective learners.
• Categorize leads as per the requirement of the support team.
• Achieve designated enrolment targets from the qualified leads.
• Provide complete details of the:
  • Courses available online & benefits
  • Payment process
  • Course content
• Overall process documentation over mail post calls.
• Coordinate with support functions and get any issues sorted.
• Updating task/activities/ relevant information on CRM platforms.
