-Learn sales related features and advantages of entire products and services.
-Ensure to maintain professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
-Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in non-technical terms.
-Diligent follow up.
-Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
-Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
-Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.Desired Candidate Profile
- Any graduates/ diploma/ post graduates can apply.- Age below 35.- Minimum 2 years Sales/ telesales/ telemarketer / target based sales / Business Development process experience.
- Candidates who are well versed with Share Market / Stock Market / Equity funds / Financial advisor
- Fluent in any regional language - Kannada
- Good command of English language.
- Should have an Android mobile phone.
- Growth mentality.Working days : 6 days a week. Saturday and Sunday compulsory working days.
Working hours : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. Flexible working hours.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?18,000.00 per monthBenefits:
