: Telesales Executive (Work from Home) We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various financial products and services, including Demat account opening, insurance policies, credit cards, and loans. This is a work-from-home position suitable for candidates who have completed their 12th grade education. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and terms of the financial products and services offered.
  • Generate leads and identify sales opportunities by engaging prospects in a persuasive manner.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding the demat account opening process, insurance policies, credit card features, loan options, and associated terms.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving sales quotas.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the financial products and services being offered to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and persuade customers to make a purchase or initiate the account opening process.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Update and maintain customer databases with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share insights, best practices, and contribute to team goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors\' offerings to enhance sales strategies and improve product knowledge.

Graduates or candidates with additional certifications in sales or finance are preferred. Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone. Knowledge and understanding of financial products and services, such as Demat accounts, insurance policies, credit cards, and loans. Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
