We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound calls into bookings, upselling services, and providing top-notch service to potential and existing guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate bookings. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel packages, availability, and promotions. Clearly explain products, services, and offerings tailored to customer needs. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable resort packages, upgrades, or add-ons. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and bookings in the CRM system. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process. Coordinate with reservations, marketing, and operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Stay updated on company offers, property features, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, reservations, or customer service, preferably in the hospitality sector. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
